The lack of awareness about the importance of Mental Health and the suffering people go through in the hands of it.
I adapt short term behavioral approach and counsel the patients according to their needs which are identified through assessments.
That each individual has a different perspective and coping mechanism to deal with their issues in life
I practice on building a relationship where clients experience to be in a safe zone where they can speak freely and be assured to have a resolution to their problems
